suggestions to avoid too long pending review

I'm just wondering how many curators Pond5 have to review all these footages. It would be nice if there were more curators so the review time would be faster. :)

they have assured me that more curators were added this year, but unfortunately the growth of submissions has put them under strain again. I got in fact a nice email from Javier and now we must just learn to be more patient, I suppose.
Personally I have another kind of problem than the waiting itself, to be precise. Is the fact that I am waiting because.... see the reason why I started the thread.
and basically I am not blaming Pond5 for slow reviewing (is not their fault if they are successful! :-)
I was hoping they would tackle in another way the problem. Too simple a solution, to add new reviewers (an absolute necessity), there will be more and more submitters anyway, as Pond5 popularity continue to increase.
So, for now i welcome the fact that some effort was made toward resolving the queue and I continue to hope they will find a better solution, tough.
