Clip Bins - buggy?

I have been trying to organize some of my clips into various clip bins in hopes of making it easier for some buyers to find a series. But I am having some issues with the functionality of the clip bins. Here is what I get sometimes:
1. If I go to view my clip bins, I get lots of grey boxes and they never really load.
2. If I try to switch clip bins to add clips, it sometimes doesn't really switch. This is actually a bit confusing for any user.
3. I know I had a place to add a new clip bin, but now I can't get back to it. Is there a limit of 2 max?
4. If I do a specific search and want to add clips, again there is no intuitive way to know which bin you are adding to - there should be a confirmation or a icon telling which bin is active at any given time.
Any feedback on this would be appreciated - I may just be missing something really obvious and yes, you can slap me if that is the case :)
I want to make the bins for marketing purposes as there is a really cool feature about clip bins, it lets you email the assortment (the direct URL) to anyone once a bin is built - this is very cool for many purposes. So please get me on the right track. Thanks all in advance.

I'm also having a hard time creating a new bin. I did it just a few minutes ago, but now I can't seem to find anything about new bins. Any tips, anyone?

There should be a clip bin thing at the bottom of your page... where you can edit them, add new clips or whatever. Here is a http://i27.tinypic.com/vfh0s0.jpg from my computer.

We try to test regulary on the most common browsers - Firefox2, IE6, IE7, Safari, Opera9, Camino. Making a web page is unfortunately not a very deterministic affair so some rituals involving sheep, a fancy knife and high guys speaking Gaelic seems to be required.
If you have any problems, please mail them to us along with screendumps, url, descruiption, OS and Browser version, error messages... We hear from users, now and then, that the bin or cart is not working, but we've never managed to reproduce and a restart of their browser makes it work again.
Thanks,
Marcus

I restarted my computer, emptied my temporary internet files folder and restarted my browser, none of it worked. I'm really concerned that the clips of mine that aren't in any bin are unreachable to potential customers. Anything else I should try?

I'd really need to know the things mentioned above. Could you please mail us screendumps, url, descruiption, OS and Browser version, error messages to tech@?

I started testing more - to make notes for Marcus, and found that IE7 is the culprit. Everything seems so far to work fine with FireFox. (Ver 2.0.0.14 on Vista)
I have submitted a report as requested.
Thanks.

Hey marcus, thanks for all your efforts. My bin situation is totally squared away now and I'm in good shape. Thanks to vadervideo and anyone else involved for the reports and general assistance. This kind of teamwork will make this place great.
