Subscription Was Not Renewed
If your subscription was not automatically renewed, then there may be an issue with your payment information.
To confirm and change your payment method:
Log into your account > Hover cursor over account avatar > Click on Dashboard > Account > Subscription

Unable to Checkout
If you are not able to complete the checkout process please first confirm that your billing information is correct.
Check to see if you have input the correct card security code.
For most cards, the security code is a three digit code on the back of the card
American Express credit card security codes are located on the front of the card.
Try contacting your card’s customer support by calling the number on the back of your credit card.
Try using PayPal.
