Kjerringøy is a village and a peninsula near the city of Bodø in the Nordland county and in the Salten district of Norway. The village is located along the fjord Karlsøyfjorden, as well as southern of the entrance to the Folda Fjord. There is a beautiful wooden church and a historic trading post.
