On my artist page is written - View Portfolio (821 clips),
when I open the Portfolio then writes - (artist: pressR stock video footage (811),
but on my UPLOUD page I have 839 online clips...what is the correct.
Does anyone have a similar problem?

When I viewed your portfolio it shows 821 when opened there are only 820 showing. If you're showing 839 online and only have 821 clips total ask javier@pond5.com

Same for me (for some time now), one clip is missing when I open my portfolio.

I don't know if it's relevant, but I sometimes upload Apple Pro-res files and previously Pond5 made a copy in H.264 format. They show up in 'my uploads' but not on the portfolio. Recently Pro-res files are sold as-is, so not duplicated. The strange thing is that the Pro-res clips I've sold don't show up on the portfolio page under 'number of sales' either. Ah, I was just trying to locate such a clip and got HTTP NOT FOUND as well... Ho hum.

I had the same miscount of files yesterday after two new files got approved. Nothing was appearing in my CG media bin even though I had previews showing when I hovered my mouse over the bin. I know I have over 16,000 files on Pond5 but when I went into my portfolio it showed about 4,000. I wrote a message about each incident to technical at Pond5 and it was resolved before morning.
I have also seen the HTTP NOT FOUND message just minutes ago. When I looked at the URL I saw new characters had been inserted somehow, Once I deleted those there was no problem accessing my stuff.

Now I get the same message "HTTP NOT FOUND".
@ jason
For this reason I asked the question in the forum, because yesterday, after one new files got approved, portfolio shows 821 clips, but when opened there are only 820 showing, and today showed 821 clips in portfolio and when I opened it said 811.
When you looked at my portfolio, you have seen the number of clips, as I see yesterday.
@ wildwatertv
All my clips are PhotoJPEG. But I have a few same clips with different fps ( variant of the same clip with 25fps and 30fps).
Maybe the system does not look clips separately but as one clips in two versions, but in UPLOUD page see them separately, so there see 839 clips.
But these 821 clips, should be in the portfolio

@pressR
I see. Mine seems to be OK but there is something going on with the database at the moment, which might also explain the strange characters (nice spot AllFractUp). I suspect all missing clips will be resurrected soon, and maybe things will work smoother.

Hi all,
Please mail (marcus@...) me of any odd behaviour of the site. We took this badly timed opportunity to do some pretty big code changes.
The system allows clips to be grouped. So if you upload a Prores clip and a buyer prefers it in H.264 a conversion will be made. Right now this would show up as 2 clips on your uploads page, but only as one in the official stats.
Your number of clips online is updated when you log on to the site. Possibly not ideal, but that's where that code is right now.

Yes, I have no doubts that everything will be ok, Pond5 is a favorite for me, among other stock...
