Ok, what's happening, when I do a search none of my footage shows. Even if I use my artist name ... still nothing. Any idea P5?

Also when I use my business name or my real name seven footage comes up where a lazy artist has again blindly copied my keywords including my name, business name and P5 artist name. None of my footage is showing???

Ummm.... yes if I do a search for artist:kk5hy it only shows those photos I have online here.
No videos. if I do a search for surgery or doctor, which I have a lot of, it shows others but not mine.
This is a huge problem.
Could we take the photos offline and put the videos online please?

All of my footage is also missing from the search results. Some portfolios appear to be functioning normally but I have found several that are now blank.

I just talked with Tom at P5. They were not aware of the problem but are now working on it. He is communicating with Marcus. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.

Fixed.
Sorry all about that. Our csv file from the database which is populating the solr index daily recently went over 4GB in size. Those fond of geek arithmetic knows that means more than 32 bits are needed to describe an offset. Due to factors possibly only known to Tom Lane, Postgres for some reason presented many videos last in this csv.
We'll now chunk up the csv in parts and I've also sent the offending csv to our Solr consultant for advice.
I'm disturbed by this. It's 2012 and Solr is run on a 64bit only OS on a reasonably highly regarded VM (OpenJDK). Being a frustrated user of Windows 3.11 for workgroups, built on top of DOS/FAT I would see reasons for this limitation, but not now.
