ID still is not approved

Hello! Though i posted my national id photo on 30 October for Pond5, it is not approved yet. Just can't wait to start uploading my works! Pond5, please approve it :)

I sent an email to support since mine is also pending for over 2 weeks. They responded that there is a backlog on the approvals. They didn't give me any timeline either? And I'm still waiting on mine that was submitted on 10/23/2019.

Been over a week for mine as well. Glad I saw this post. I thought something might be wrong.
