Using Adobe Bridge to Embed Tags - Worked! Then Not?

I used Adobe Bridge > FILE INFO to embed metadata into my clips. I uploaded a few clips and like magic, parts of the template filled with the relevant information. I followed the same formula for a handful of other clips but without the same results (no metadata). Has anyone else run into this problem? Thanks

this is general issue.. as I know, bridge is only work with photo, not with video.. yes it adds the metadata to video, but somehow, the systems do not see the metadata as bridge sees..
I hope one day this problem will be solved..

Hi guys - this should now be fixed, so please try another upload and let us know if you run into problems. We currently support Quicktime embedded fields for Name, Description and Keywords.

I'm also using Adobe Bridge. Does anyone know why the title and description show up fine...but the "tags" or keywords don't?

It's been opposite for me, the keywords are all good but the title is gone. Don't use it anymore, made more work than helped. Still an issue in this thread way back to 2010 ;)

I've never used this function... how well does it work? And does it only work for P5?

Doesn't work for me, keeps dropping the tittle off for some reason.

Works great with final cut x. All my clips are immediately ready to submit upon upload (other than release). Unfortunately SS does not recognize the metadata from Final Cut X. I can't say for sure if they recognize it from Adobe bridge for video metadata but I don't think so. VB also recognizes my metadata just fine.

AdobeBridge works perfectly for doing metadata for videoclips! Since 2008 perfectly! And yes SS does not support this embedded metadata but others do :-)

interesting... I've never messed with it.
So if I export a .mov file and then open it in bridge I can add keywords? Or is there a place to do it another time?
