FTP photos Upload

Hello, I have uploaded photos to FTP but are not visible in the list to index. Why?

Have you selected the 'Needs edit' option on the upload page?
It should show up within an hour

There are not photos uploaded from ftp

If you used ftp@pond5 - there is a delay due to the amount of files sitting in the queue. I uploaded a few photos yesterday, and they just appeared this a.m.

They will eventually show up.You may want to try a different ftp server next time.

I'm having a problem with ftp2 also now. 12 hours and photos and footage not showing up to edit. Looks like there is not a big backlog so what's up?

I had a bunch of error, like too many files open was one. like at the bottom of your upload screen it shows the errors.

I don't see any errors.

Same here Don. Have been uploading new footage for the past 10 days or so, and the clips of the last 2 days are not (yet) visible. I used both ftp and ftp2.
