I don't know whether it's customary to introduce yourself on here, but I thought I would anyway. So hello all...I'm Dave. Just joined and have about 40 clips pending review...not sure how long that will take though.

Fast? It's been 3 weeks so far for me... It "used to be" fast.

A lot of thumbnails are not showing for the clips I uploaded...is this normal?

Do you mean only the thumbnails are missing or the uplaoded clips???
Check under 'not processed' and sea the reason. You must find at least a red list of clips that the system was unable to process for various reasons. That's the worst case scenario. Else, wait up to 72 hours.

For thumbnails wait some time then contact support.

You are right. For some time the review is slow but I hope that is just temporary.

Just the thumbnails..the clips are there but just pending review. Some of the thumbnails are visible and some aren't

Is there x box in the clips without thumbnails? If so right click with your mouse and key show picture.
