What can I do to make my footage seen?

okanakdeniz 16 Dec 2012 10:51
There is no any view in my footages, okay I am new and not waiting sales in a short time, but there is no view too. I feel so bad that I cannot reach to anyone. Maybe there is something I missed to do. Can you help me how to promote my stuff?

If you have something someone wants and your keywords are appropriate, you'll get seen.

I don't actually think the "number of views" is always 100% accurate. I also don't think it includes hover previews, which I'm sure are the bulk of the viewings here.

I often get sales on clips with 0 views.

thanks a lot man. your comment will give me strength for work. You mean views doesnt mean to show the selling percentage .

Views a long while back was a good indicator or probable sales. Most of us don't believe that anymore... but P5 please keep the views, it's fun to watch. Many of us have had sales with no views. With well over a million clips your 64 are easy to get buried. The best way for sales and views is to submit great quality and subject matter that is not covered heavily already. If you don;t standout then it will be difficult at this point.

great clip. make stuff like this at least $50
RekindlePhoto 16 Dec 2012 16:59
$50 for that clip is far too cheap IMHO. An excellent example of a hundred dollar clip or more. Could be used for almost any product advertisement.

Agreed, should be at least 50. Its a unique clip and if they want it, they will pay 50 as fast as they would pay 30.

As for your question, I do a lot of time researching keywords and seeing whay gets attention. Don't falsely keyword, but research the most viewed keywords for similar videos and get an understanding of what that clip may be used for. Then keyword for the target audience.
