Upload speed going slow lately

hey i just uploaded some of my footage everyday for a 2 week and i just found that upload server going slow lately, and i need to wait for about 4-5 hours to upload the footages and sometime it fail and need to reconnect again, can someone tell me what happened?

Hi, I don't know what's going on but today I also had the same problem. Probably a lot of people uploading at the same time as it is on "schedule for processing" for roughly 7 hours .

All uploads stuck in "Scheduled for processing" at the moment. Been there for several hours now.

Same, 34 clips stuck in "scheduled." Usually when that happens, the uploads just eventually disappear. Then when I re-upload, the duplicate detector flags them. Then I have to email customer service (who always sorts it out!), but I really hope the clips just move onto "needs edits," since uploading took so long the 1st time already.

Same! It's been over 24h now. I don't now if make any sense mailing costumer service, because it seems everybody have same problem for last few days...

Hi, The first clip I uploaded on Friday afternoon has already appeared. I am taking an educated guess the waiting line is around 48 hours.

update : till to this day my footages need about 48 hours to "scheduling for processing" it's still the same for me and the upload speed still slow

PramStage - It shows "scheduled for processing" as soon as it's uploaded. If it isn't showing, the upload isn't complete and that's not the same problem we're discussing.
