Time taken for approvals

Hi, anyone else noticed stuff is taking ages to get checked and posted? Stuff I posted last Saturday has still not been looked at, and material is generally taking longer than it used to???

2 weeks waiting here and still counting!

Any idea what's going on - it used to be so quick. Seems to be since I signed exclusive.

I last submitted clips early in the year, when approval times were quite quick. I finally submitted some more a week ago, but they still haven't gone through.

Support told me three days ago that it was delayed for now. Almost 2 weeks.

I suspect the curators are re-assessing what needs an editorial caption and what doesn't. There's clearly confusion somewhere which needs resolving before they look at more pending clips. Just my thoughts, could be wrong.

Probably the last of the pond5 to Shutterstock changeover. I wonder if anyone is left in the pond5 office.
I’m sure its now as is Shutterstock and reviewers are farmed out to overseas causing a backlog.
