How do we get back to V1?????

How do we switch back to V1 if the option at page top has vanished? This is kind of important as V2 is still lacking lots of things that used to be and is annoying as hell!

Vader, I noticed down left on V2 upload page an option to go to the old upload page but I think we have to use V2 also to find things which can be added to V2 or modified for our needs.

Thanks Sev, but unfortunately that does not bring back the original edit page. It still takes one to the new v2 page for edit which is missing a ton of stuff regarding buttons to use below the description. Those buttons are important for cross referencing (and marketing!!!!!) - But it seems Pond5 has lost that philosophy or something. I want those buttons back!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sounds like artists are just not happy based on this thread and several others. For artists uploading a lot and using the great editing options of V1 it sure hurts not having the simple and easy way that worked and did not need such a "fix". All artists were asking for were simple things like same page model attachments and having our data all listed on a single page like before. Make it pretty for the buyers but functional like V1 for the artists. Really appreciate P5 trying to help but V2 for artists is just not we needed as far as the data input, csv downloading, and basic editing functions. I realize a lot of time and money was spent but sometimes it has to be thought of a lesson and not what was needed or must be used.

I'm still on v1... even on the upload page/edit page.

Try clicking top of page to use new version ... after doing that I was locked into V2. If you do don't blame me LOL

I used a different browser and I was able to use the old V1 again but I have to say V2 is working great! I don't know what problems you guys have with V2.

Yeah, you can't go back anymore. The V1 edit page was easier for me to see than the V2 page.

oh damn, after i clicked today to try V2 I'm stuck...

If you look at the little buttons here on the forum below the window where you type your stuff, you see the buttons that are now missing on a description entry of any item under V2. If used correctly, these buttons are very valuable in regards to cross indexing to other relevant clips you may have that you can enter into your description. For example, one could use the "clip" button for calling out similar or super-relevant clips. Or you could use the "Bin icons" button to call out a collection of relevant clips. I have had many successful sales and cross sales by having used these features in the description. Of course, they leave them active here in the forums, but not in the actual item descriptions.. that my friends seems very lame. After all, isn't that somewhat important when it comes to marketing, or simply helping a buyer find more relevant goods of what their searching for? Pond5 - you must reinstate these on the edit pages! Not doing so is extremely counterproductive. Now how about that sound ("includes audio") thing being set to default as "no". That has been talked about now for two years and still hasn't been done. Last time I checked, it was always considered a nuisance to include sound on video clips unless it was totally unique and relevant.
