V2 search

I have almost all my files numbered for ease of finding, updating and editing. I just tried to find a few dozen to clean things up some. Can't find any of them using the file number as search like it used to be. Oh well. And yes V1 is worthless now the way the page displays when doing a search in portfolio. As Andy is saying, Alfa version should have been tested before making it the only useable version. A once very easy editing site now a frustrating one.

Hell can't even find them using the full file name as shown on exif data download from P5.

It's just a rant then I guess. It looks like dozens ( or maybe a lot more than that) of my clips I know were there are not searchable now. Can't find them anymore. Videos I've had approved and can't find them my title search even. Hummmm. Pulling hair out!!

Only from those clips that were shot with HV20.

I sell HV20 clips every week still, many are first time sells. Maybe Ryan will let us know if old clips are being deleted now.

Please send a list of the file #'s that you're unable to find to contact@pond5.com or to me at ryan@pond5.com, that way we can look them up and check into why they're not showing up. As always, it helps to include screenshots (if necessary) of what you're seeing so the dev/customer service team can visualize the problem as you're seeing it, and be able to help you as best as they/I can.

My suggestion for you and any other artists in cases like this is to circumvent the forums and contact us directly via email. You'll get a much faster response from our team here for problems that need immediate attention.

I had numbers in my titles for the same reason, to easily find on my side. But I was told once by a review that numbers should be removed from titles from now on. Are we now able to put numbers in the titles?

I can't give you file # because I can't find them. I'll try to e-mail ya a list of some of them with their File names. Thanks for getting back.

OD the photo side doesn't want any numbers in title.
