Pond5 Facebook auto post

This is a dismal failure.
Last night I clicked to auto post thinking this would be a good thing.

I had 4 sales last night so this morning I saw I had some of my Facebook followers liked a new post about sales.

Here is the problem,
1) The post said I had 2 sales not 4

2) It posted links to someone elses videos

This is not only a failure but highly embarrassing. I actually have people that follow me on Facebook and Twitter that buy video. Now I'm advertising someone else's work?

To the other artists I would suggest you don't use this feature.

To Pond5 please fix things about this site before you put out other broken code that actually embarrasses your artists.
Is this a little thing?, maybe to some but when I post things on my Facebook about sales at least I know its mine.
So I'll continue to do it manually.

Sorry, but its early and I haven't had my coffee yet so this news really pissed me off.

Here is what the link posted before I deleted it.

Case in point,
The artist page views hasn't worked for months. This I actually used to gauge traffic.

Happened to me, too, a few times. Last night, it said I sold one of https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/280996/jake.png.

Now, if only I got Jake's commission, too...

Ok, maybe this isn't such a bad thing if everyone advertised my clips.
Make that happen please.

Asked the question in another thread. Since we can use our Facebook account to log into P5 does that make it more dangerous for our P5 account to be hacked, hijacked and stolen? If someone obtained our FB login information could they re-price, change descriptions, or even change login preference or worst still re-direct payment options or delete portfolios.

Maybe it can't happen, I just don't know. How about it P5? Sharing ways to login to P5 ... can it make it easier for our accounts to be hacked?

Of course people can hack anything these days.
But the way this works is you are only giving the Pond5 site access to you facebook page to post things on your behalf.
It doesn't have full rights to get back into your pond5 account.

Is this V3 before V2 cleaned up? Getting our footage for sale in Europe at Pixmac is a good thing we've been waiting for since April. Change is good but a good Beta test by a select group of knowledgeable artists might have been a good idea. Confusing buyers because of $xx.99 cent sales, really? Are buyers really confused? Easier on the eyes? oh well, I would give buyers a little more credit on intelligence than that.

Jake,
So when logging into to P5 it gives an option to login to P5 using your Facebook account. It seems like we have two ways to login now. One, our old private P5 login and two using our FB account to login into P5. So it looks like anyone with our FB login information could therefore login into our P5 account?

Good point on the 99 cent thing, who cares... It's digital payment, they aren't counting pennies hahaha

For bookkeeping .99 is a pain in the ass.
