Pending Review

Hello,

I submitted some clips almost a month ago and when I look at uploads it just says "pending review". I attempted to contact Admin via email but to date have not heard back. Am I missing something. Is there a sequence to uploading footage and clearing it here at Pond 5?

If your status bar says "pending review", you are not alone. Things are kind of slow at this time. I know you must be anxious...but give it a few days more.

This one of many many threads with the same subject. If everyone would use the same thread I'm sure P5 could find it easier and reply as a group as they have in the other threads. By the way P5 approved a large number of footage in a very short period today.

I've been waiting a few weeks with some clips "pending review". Hopefully it's just a busy time and they will work through the queue. It must be very time consuming reviewing video clips. I've had much longer delays on another site and they don't sell as much, so I'm not worried about how long it takes here.

What is the order of the reviews? F.e. I have a clip with id 30xxxxx still pending review, while some clips with id 34xxxxx are already online...

Just had a whole bunch go through last night. The wait was nearly three weeks. Hang in there, I think the team has been busy at NAB trying to drum up business for all of us!

I have just one clip uploaded (my first clip) I as would like to understand if the quality is acceptable for P5. I wait since April 29th. Status is always pending review. If I knew that this type and quality is acceptable I would immediatly go ahead and upload more and it wouldn't bother me as much to wait.

@cosmocreek - write email to currators and they wll review. I did this last time. Now I have one AE template waiting about a week... I guess I must write them again. They are nice and review files shortly after email :)

I don't know how the files stuck in the queue but I think that is some tech thing.
