I figured since we can't be there we can share some links on neat things we have heard so far. This is pretty cool with the CMOS fix for the rolling shutter issue on flashes.

I'm still not doing the tweet thing or is it twitter... I just have a hard time doing things that sound so stupid to say, what are you doing today, oh I'm going to twitter my tweet off...

I also wont say biggie at Wendy's, I don't want a biggie any thing extra large sure but biggie, and why is it Starbucks cant just be a small med large environment. So much so they want to correct you, you mean venti no I mean small, I want a small... We call that this, oh yeah well I call it small...

What's the tweets about P5 fill us in!

I always say large at Starbucks. Just look them in the eye and say it.
They back off with their little venti self.

So what is going on at NAB?

I dunno what's going on at NAB .. maybe I need to drive down and see if they're all alive still.

Well got up at 5 am yesterday morning and drove to Las Vegas and the NAB. As I walked into the door Steve (P5 guy) offered me a great looking P5 bag. I took it and made sure all day I made it very visible to other NAB players. I found the P5 booth, up near the front center, a great spot. The booth looked very professional and Dana and Tom were really the side show barkers. They were so busy it was hard to break in. I first talked to Dana, I asked him if there really any clips worth buying from P5. He immediately went into a several minute sales pitch showing me how easy it was to navigate through the site. He did a great job. So I then did a search for Utah and found one of my clips. I commented that it did look pretty good. He was very complimentary to the artist and even new my name. I then told him I was Don. We had a good laugh. So I then did the same thing to Tom. He said I was a good friend and artist. After a couple minutes I introduced myself. Ok, I thought my search results would be thrown out in revenge ;). They are doing a great job at selling our work .. well don Tom, Dana and Steve.

I then wondered over to the only other stock site at the NAB. It was S* ... way back on the last row and a long way from everywhere. The two girls running the booth were doing ok ... just ok. The leader this time was definitely P5.

I planned on getting back to visit again but got side tracked at Nellis AFB and Hoover Dam.

Now the best part ... seven new sales in two days! So far this is the best week since mid November!!! Again, well done P5.

:Lot's of tows and gadgets at the show, I almost bought the Canon 5D MKII ... so close.

Well another week almost. Maybe we can see more of ya'll nest year.

You got all the sales because you went to NAB. You suck :-). I wonder if they could recognize me. I'd search 'nude man shower' and then pull up my pant legs.

Scott, then you would hear crickets when everyone turned around.....

And of course I was in Levi's, tennis shoes, my long hair was "wild" well below my shoulders and my mustache is hanging four inches below my chin. I'm sure they thought I was a homeless guy asking for a handout ;)
