Useless Ratings (stars)

Having One star rating for some of my best clips and best sold clips. I wonder if there is somebody, maybe other artist who rate one star any video he or she sees besides his or her own collection. I think that ratings should be disabled (removed) or, at least only available for buyers - in my opinion.

Yes, if the pond wants to save money, this is an easy thing to eliminate.

+1 for only buyers but preference would be to remove it.

Agree, this is not Facebook with likes. The biggest abuse is the bad ratings just to be mean. Serves no purpose. If anything "likes" but no ability for "dislikes" or bad karma.

Yes, the star rating system serves little to no purpose.

Does full stars help in the search as far as getting views?

I'm betting they ENHANCE it now that we all want to get rid of it. They'll probably release their first Pond5 app as a "ratings app" that doesn't allow purchases.
