Review time

New here and can't wait to upload my clips.
Have one pending and curious how long it will take to get it reviewed.

We try to review clips within 24 hours after they've been submitted to the curator..

Hi Lee -
Your clip's been reviewed and approved. According to our records, it was sent to the curator on the 16th. Did you re-edit it at some point and re-submit to curator? When that happens, the clips goes to the end of the queue, so that could be the explanation.

There has been a little bit of a backup, though - too many great uploads, not enough time! But we're just about through it, and doing our best to stay caught up :)

All is good, very good. We're a little overworked and underslept prepping things for the 1.0 launch, but it will be well worth it :-). Curator times will be back to their normal zippiness shortly - they have been lagging a bit, so apologies for that. Now, get back to shooting! ;)

Good luck there, but DO get a bit of sleep. Can't have you falling unconscious during the launch. ;-)

Meanwhile, I've got another 15GB of clips to upload... I really need more bandwidth - 5GB per day just isn't fast enough.
