Upload Speeds

Anyone noticing there upload speeds from Pond5 getting slower? I used to be able to upload 500MBs within 10 mins and now its taking over 12 hours. I would say it could be an issue with provider but I'm not having these issues with anything else but the upload page.

Agreed! I have tried three times now to upload a 600mb file, even overnight a no go. Keeps stalling out. Finally am now trying FTP...

Even through FTP, my uploads are maxed out at around 120 kb/s... Way slow.

I'm doing a 1.5 gig file in 20minutes right now... seems fine here.

There is a problem with the web based, no go slow and unusable. FTP all servers are backlogged and failing also for me.

I can indeed confirm that the system is super congested at the moment. I've already alerted the team, and we'll do what we can to help the situation. Give it a little time, it should improve shortly.

I can't upload 35 mb zip file by the FTP- some errors and Web interface- also some errors. But I waited 4 hours before and than had aborded. What's happening? What to do?

yep, getting same thing now. Erroring out every few minutes... hopefully not everyone on it is getting the same resets... resets make me nervous for corrupt data :(

SS is down also, must be an Amazon ftp problem.
