Thanks Andy! I figured it sucked since no one commented on it.

No, it's very good. I see you've gotten some new AE skills down. I'd use easy-ease on your keyframes, however, so the actions won't start and stop so abruptly (like on the lens flare).
But your video shots are top-notch.

Ok, thanks I'll do the easy-ease. Great suggestion.

Excellent, my guess is you could easily market it to a gym for a lot of $. A ready made advertisement, only needs a little personalization with name and address.

Well done short reel. Congrats! (Just also read my post in the artist forum, though your vid is not that critical as it is made from very short scenes and contains some text :).

Very cool. A little fast, I would slow it down a bit, since reading the worst is for a world's fastest reader... I am world's slowest reader.
Why aren't you the guy doing the workouts? Then I could be the little boy doing the Role model, legacy, etc. portion.

Yes, it is a little fast. I'm going to re-work it this weekend with the tips I received.
I would have gotten you to do the workout part.
Maybe something like your shower scene clip but somehow the "role model" and "legacy" didn't fit so we went with this guy, sorry.
