Uploads

Are there trouble with uploads this morning?

I have put up 4 clips in the last 3.5 hours, only one shows up. They are all from the same master clip and render settings.

Anyone else having trouble?

The preprocessing program had hung for some reason. I restarted it, the uploads should appear soon.

Anyone else experiencing longer than normal review times?

Yeah, that happens occasionally. I had a couple of clips go a week, but the batch I submitted yesterday got reviewed, so it looks like they are near to catching up. Still better than the week to a month (or two) at other sites.

My uploads are not appearing in any search category - write info, unprocessed, offline, or anything else. Wassup?

Please be a little bit more specific; is this the search results page? Are the appropriate formats checked in the box that appears when you click the search field top left?

I'm not searching in the site search field. I'm talking about when I look at my uploads. In the first field labeled, "Status," those categories appear. Normally, after I upload via FTP, I'll go to my uploads, set the status to "write info," click the "search" button, and they're displayed waiting for me to edit. Lately, however, I can't locate the clips after I upload them.

I restarted a batch program on ftp3. Your uploads should appear within an hour or so.
