Hello guys. I would ask why can not I convert my video in HD 1080 when it converts them to Quicktime? Become only PAL 720x576. Can I write in this forum the kind of program that I can use, or not ?. Sorry for my English translated from the Internet.

If you are using Quicktime Pro there is a size button in the setup where you can customize the size of your clip to 1920 x 1080.

I can't answer your question about Pinnacle but Quicktime Pro has more setting than QT player and it should resolve problems with compression settings.
