using clip as a screensaver

I would like to use a clip for a personal screensaver (not for sale or public), is it possible? And if it is, I can I do it? Or can someone do it for me? Thank you.

Just google video screen saver for software to do it with. Then all you need to do is buy the clip you need or want.

Can not you download from POND5 to desk Top, then save to screen saver ?
Or just download direct to your screen saver file ?

Thank you for your suggestion, vadervideo, unfortunately those programs will not work. It seems that Pond5 downloads into Quicktime will not convert to a useable format. I have windows xp. Any other suggestions?

You can load the .MOV file into Windows Movie Maker and export it as a WMV file which will work with the WIndows video screen saver.

Honestly, I wouldn't do it as screen savers are pretty much a useless thing with today's monitors. All they do is eat up lots of resources (memory) and make computers run slow. Just my opinion.

That may be true for other sites videos. But Pond5 videos are more robust and can be used for screensavers :-)
Roxanne, you can buy my videos anytime to use as a screensaver and not vaders :-)

There is also Xilisoft video converter, the free download will convert anything to anything up to 3 minutes long.

If you have after effects that program can convert anything to anything pretty much.

I suggest you search this on pond5:
artist:dapoopta chicken costume
and use one of those clips as your screensaver.... I would.
