I saw my footage on the History Channel!

I have been looking forward to the the History Channel special titled "Life After People". When I sat down to watch it I was pondering how much of it must be stock footage...when, lo-and-behold two of my clips came on the screen.

Soooo psyched!

That motivated me to start shooting more stock. My regular boring production work keeps me busy, but that was very exciting to see.

I haven't shot any stock on my new camera (Sony EX-1). I have a shoot with models planned for tomorrow.

Thanks to everyone at Pond5 for making this process so easy.

I can only imangine just watching TV and you see one of your clips. Did the neighbors come over to see what all the screaming was about? :-)

lol...it's funny because what actually happened was I was visiting in South Carolina. I was watching it with some friends and my buddy said "hey I wonder if they use stock footage in these..." as he said it I saw my clips. "Hey!" I said "They do!" It couldn't have been timed better.

Hey that's great, and if they sold through P5 then they're starting to get some key players buying. Well done, now raise the price and make some real money ;)
