Page Not Found

I recently had 29 tracks approved - awesome! However, I am unable to link to my artist page, as it says 404 Page not found. When I do find the page in a round about way, and copy the link, it still says Page not found.

Congrats on the approval! In order to view your Artist page you'll need to be logged in to your account.

I am logged in. Even why I was able to find the page at one point, I copied the link. But when I pasted the link elsewhere, it would lead to a page not found page. I first came upon this when clicking on the link in the message I received from the curator.

And does that mean that if a buyer is on the site, they can't see an artist's profile page if they are not logged on as a buyer? I'm justing wanting to post a link to my page on social media. Thanks again!

Thanks Jake - sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I've logged off, cleared the cache, and tried different browsers and devices. If I paste it in an email, it doesn't work. Strange.

I copied the link you gave me, then pasted it in facebook. It worked. But as soon as I logged off from Pond5, the FB link gave me a 404. So, that implies buyers can't see the page unless they are logged on?

Paste it in URL box on your browser. What Jake gave you works I did it myself without a problem.

Thanks Jason. So I logged off Pond5 first, then copied and pasted from Jake above, and I got the 404. When I'm logged in, it works. That seems to be what Mike above was saying. I was hoping non-members could see the page through social media.

I use Google as my browser and when I open up Google in the URL box looks like this (https://www.google.com). Next, delete that text and simply replace it with (https://www.pond5.com/artist/kirkasmith#1/2064) and when your homepage come
scroll log in on the far right side of your screen next to the cart.
