Approved footages are not searchable

Hi,

I am just wondering how long does it takes that approved footages get searchable over the pond5 page. Right now I can see a couple of my footages "Online" but I do not get them displayed over the pond5 searchbar.

Any ideas?

Maybe there was already a topic with the same issue but could not find one.

I'm having the same problem. Just came home from 2 month trip to the inside passage of Alaska and uploaded over 500 clips that were approved last week. Most of them not showing up. I've got alot more but I'm waiting to see this gets straighten out first.

Takes about 24 hours

Do I need to get worried now that they do not show up after 24 hours?

Ok, I will wait another two days maybe there is a big backlog on the server.

Don't worry. Sometimes my clips show up after 3 days or so.

Pond5 is updating a lot of stuff

Hi,
I found out the trick and it seems it is a bug.

If you search with the SORT BY option Page Views - Number of Sales, newly approved footages will be showed up. If you use another option like default you get a frozen status displayed. Means newly approved footages are missing.

Anybody else made this experience?

You can also type in the clip number, but who would do that? Clips approved on 9/8 still not searchable and it's the 14th.

ya I'm seeing the same several days and still not showing up in searches.

I have the same problem.

Same problem and my portfolio appears and then disappears.
