problems uploading

Hey - wondering if anyone else is having problems uploading new clips. I've tried the java loader and the ftp upload and it seems my clips are uploaded, but they are not showing up in my uploads page. Is this just all in my head?

Happens to me too, cannot find uploaded files :(

I also seem to have the same problem. Does it take a certain amount of time before the system can see the files?

Hi Guys

We're still having delays, but they appear to be FTP-instance specific (ie, FTP1 may bork while FTP3 is swimming along, etc). All of the Java uploads are processed through the same channels once they're uploaded on the site, so those are slowed down too. There's a lot of info in https://www.pond5.com/community?forum=76121&thread=951958, and I'll see if I can get Marcus to do a more technical update for you guys later today.

What is the average last the waiting queue?
Waiting for November 25 in the queue for review - is the norm?

Also, ftp.pond5.com appears to be stuck right now.

Have you tried FileZilla? It's free and easy to use.

filezilla doesn't connect to pond5 server for some odd reason
