Hi, Ryan!
Refresh button has no effect on my profile. It still takes weeks to update. And my sales fall down since this started to happen. I do not know how that works, but I am certain that my sales have droped down since the profile page stopped to update in a reasonable time. Could you please look into it?
Many thanks!
Christian.

What happened to the link that lets us go back to V1?

It has been brought up in several threads but no response from P5 or Ryan. Oh the days of easy data manipulation and editing is gone. Now we can all feel the pain ... not as bad as IS, but not the ease of the Best agency in the world ... P5 V1 ;) V2 looks pretty but is so lacking in ease and ability. It only needed a few basic fixes not a handicap. Some features are great but ease of data input, cut & paste between files (using your own data and not stealing other artists work), copy and edit of cvs to use etc etc is not appreciated in V2. Remember the long time rule KISS not complicated computer programming knowledge requirement. Oh well, it's in a lot of threads by numerous long term P5 artists ... waiting for a reply ........

Hello, forum posters!
The time has come to retire V1. Our Dev team has moved forward with maintaining only Version 2, but please know that we want V2 to be even better! So please share your feedback with us, so we can improve.
I know this pains many of you, as you've been working with V1 for years to find the most streamlined uploading and tagging process for your workflow, and I completely understand your frustrations with this move. However, this is a great opportunity to provide us with any issues of bugs and specific items that are problematic so that we can move forward with the best overall option for both artists and buyers. Your solutions and feature requests are definitely appreciated as we evolve and move forward with Pond5.
Let's use this as an opportunity to work together to continue to make Pond5 the most artist-friendly marketplace out there!
Ryan

P.S. please provide screenshots, screen recordings, and/or detailed, specific instructions on the things you dislike most about the interface and the uploading/tagging process, as it makes our ability to fix these problems MUCH easier and focused!

I have only one question... does the dev team use or produce footage, photos etc.. ? I would guess not at this point. Because if they did, they would not have made this V2 as it currently is. The sad part is that Ryan is actually expecting us to report issues which implies that it is well known that there are issues. I for one really could care less how "pretty" the back end looks. I much prefer a streamlined process with a bit of ugly. But then again, this seems to be the trend on the net. HTML5 with lots of widgets, gadgets, and applets that cause more havoc across browser platforms than ever.
Microsoft started this crap with office when they went beyond V7. They are now struggling to keep their customer base as they made everything so cumbersome. Just take Word for example.... you actually have to make two mouse clicks to just get the regular menus to appear. Personally I prefer the old "KISS" method.... and I don't mean the rock band. :)
I suppose we can (and will) find something to bitch about no matter what any company does. But the energy wasted by doing so could be put to better use. Such better use could consist of making pro active suggestions and giving feedback.... Oh yeah... wait a minute - we did that several times didn't we? It just seems that the current PR campaign is designed to look as if someone really cared, but it seems that no matter what we suggest, offer etc... ends up being received, but no action comes of it. However on a positive note, I did get a survey invite regarding the support/feedback area. Well it wasn't really a survey per-se, but more a "did you like the response you got?" And that with only two choices along the lines of yes or no. Now that is a total waste of time that could be better used somewhere else. Ramble ramble ramble.... It is sad to see such a success head in the wrong direction. Hell, the patronizing replies as the one above sure don't help either.

Maybe an inked foot print will do instead of a signature?

I had a couple that were sent back as incomplete because I forgot to go to the stupid time consuming other page to attach the model release. I attached the release and re-submitted.
Damn I wish the model release was on the data input page too !!!!!!
