How do we upload? Can we use the ftp as we do with footage?

yup, it's the same process, just with a zip file with all of your elements, a preview and the project file.

I also added an *.rtf file with info. Is it ok or it must be a *.txt file?

Can we get a AE dedicated forum like the Audio folks have please? I think that would make sorting through the questions and informations a lot easier. Thanks.
