I guess no time is a good time. Good luck with it all. Still wondering why the H.264 duplication is not now made automatically though. Is it now down to the buyer to ask? Happy to send both types up.

Oh, we should probably still do both.
Part of our upload toolchain is ffmpeg which earlier didn't do prores. Then, when you uploaded a prores clip...
- it was saved with a special status 19 in the database
- a signal was sent to a windows server with Episode.
- It was converted to H.264 and uploaded back to a special ftp server conversion account
- When it was registered at the site, the site connected the new H.264 conversion with the original Prores and made sure the H-264 icons and previews were used.
Really, nothing could go wrong there...
Anyway, adding an automatic signal to conversion should be done.
