Using pond5 music track???

I just look at it as a preview is in fact an advertisement ... it is for commercial gain or to direct a buyer to a portfolio for profit. I still do not believe it is ethical to use some one elses work in a preview without explicate permission or a release. It doesn't matter if you borrow the watermarked product from P5 and then re-use it at P5 as a preview. The purpose of a preview is to market or make sales. The work in the preview should be owned or released. Permission or in other words you should have a release if it leaves your desktop.

^ I think that most of sound producers like me will allow to use watermarked music or sfx in your video productions. It's profit for everyone if we link our media in their description. Feel free to use my stuff.

Yes it is profit for everyone - just like FxProSound said, but some of the artist did say NO! when i requested them, this was before i got the email from P5, i personally think that P5 should announce this on the forum.
