I think I have found some new shooting opportunity for the old XLH1 camcorder now, which I thought was ready for the trash shelf!
The magnification is enormous with the tiny 1/3" chip using 35mm lenses. And with the Baader Planetarium AstroSolar filter you are able to get stunning details of the surface of the sun. This shot is taken in my backyard of the house in the middle of the day.
