file storage

There was a problem with the upload processing, which has been fixed now. No uploads have been lost, though, and they should be appearing on your Uploads page as soon as they get processed (there's a bit of a backlog, so it may take a few hours).

I have had stuff sat in the 'waiting to be approved' (or rejected!) queue for 5 days now, are these files visable to Pond5 or should I delete them and re-upload ?

Cheers for all the help

Hey Lee,

We just reviewed (and approved!) your stuff (some great clips, btw).

Not to quibble, but according to our figures they were in the queue just over 3 days. :) Still, that's longer than we like to have them pending review - things have been unexpectedly busy during the holiday season, but we're just about caught up again, and we should be back to reviewing clips within 24 hours of submission to the curator soon.

Thanks for contributing!

Yep, you are right it was three days, not sure why I thought it was 5 ??

I like to keep the pressure on. :)

Anyhow...enough of this, there are some more clips waiting for you in my uploads folder !!!!

They have been there for a few minutes already, what are you people doing down there !!??

I will also be uploading several hundred wrongly encoded HD clips on Christmas morning, I will expect them reviewed correctly re-encoded and in my approved list by 2pm.

No sleeping now !

:)

Haha! Excellent...

Just a bit more of that magic eggnog, and we should be able to keep up! :)

Happy holidays, all!

Now, back to work...
