My wildlife footage on Arte, but no sales notification

Huge problem.

Probably only solution currently is to contact Arte and ask them to prove they bought the clips.

I guess Pond5 is finished with the investigation? Didn't sell here but are they sure they didn't sell on a partner site?
What about fraud?
Could these have been part of a fraud credit card? They would have been downloaded but no sales reported, either here or on a partner site.
Seems Arte is a legit company, as Wideweb mentioned contact them and see what they say.

Pond5 just told me that the GPP sales often do not appear on the clip page. But the sell appears on the financial page and the money too. I'm still looking elsewhere but so far Pond5 is the only place where theese footage are available. The end credits mentionned Getty Image along Pond5. I've never been a contributor to Getty Image.

Mystery solve "we learned that these purchases were paid with invoicing, not within the marketplace" I have no idea what that's means but apparently theese type of sales do not appears like all the other ones from "the market place".

The Getty and pond5 is normal. that only means they bought videos used in the production from both places. Not just yours was used apparently.

Did you receive the money you were owed within the usual timeframe?

It took a bit longer if I remember well but yes, I got the money.

I wonder how many sales are done off-books...? Would you have gotten paid if you didn't notice and make a fuss?
