How is the global economic meltdown effecting your sales?

The sales are reported in the morning European time once in a day

P5 double checks sales to ensure no stolen credit card buyers or problems. When the double check is done (Marcus is in Europe) after he wakes up they are posted.

Surprise surprise ... one sale posted last night. Still can't believe only one in a week when normal is 8-12 a week. Something is definitely slowing things down.

I think a lot of the reason behind less sales is that there are now many more contributors. It was like 400 a few weeks ago, now it is like 600!!!!!!!!!!

Time to close the gates to new contributors :-)

I know it's good to have lots of clips, I think P5 is at or has passed SS! But I kinda agree with Jake, quality versus quantity and the die hard contributors will stay motivated to bring the best clips to P5.

The funny thing about the quality VS quantity thing is that some clips get rejected at other places then are your best sellers here. For digital at least that is the way it seems to be. I really cant put my finger on what it is people are looking for. I'm only in the 300's though maybe by the time I have hit 1000 I will have a better idea of what sells and what does not.

Yeah, I have a few clips that I personally "cringe" at when I look at them because I made them LONG ago. I was going to delete them myself and then BAM! Two of them sold.

are you saying p5 has more video contributors than SS? I find that hard to believe with only ~640 here. If it is true then I guess I have a better shot at selling clips than I'd imagined.
