Eddie you know that's some pretty scary language. It would be very interesting to see what might happen if it ever ended up in court. Anyway, I'm nervous about enough stuff already, I don't really want to add vimeo to the list at this point.

In otherwords you just forfeited your copyrights © to those clips. One should read the trems before submit anything vimeo, youtube and so on. OH WELL!!!

No I'm not. But you'd have hard time to convincing a judge you were the rightful copyright owner fo those clips after he had read their terms and conditions in an infringement suit.

By the way I liked the clip it was well done.

i have an ex3 - its great. it seems we have a similar interest in filming birds in flight. i have been trying to do a fair bit of that recently but i havent uploaded many of those clips yet. i'm still trying to work out the best settings and lens. do you overcrank or film at 60p?
