Permission to use Music Needed ?

And what of Hayden, Beethoven, Mendelson, Maidens In White, Barn Dance, Holiday Christmas Songs re: Joy to the world, Kids Music such as Comin Round The Mountain etc etc.. These and many more tunes currently on Pond5 are what I consider reconstructed rewritten classic tunes with no permissions given ? Hope you all understand that I am asking, and do not see any difference between what I have proposed for classics reconstitued into my Father In Laws versions that he has adapted and written in his own hand and music.

BUT what difference is there in The Many Music Classics now on Pond5 such as Beethoven, Hayden and many many more. Kids Music Coming Round The Mountain, Holiday Music Tunes God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen etc etc . Obviously these have no written approvals and have been adapted via musical style of the composer and by the entertainer or musician.
I have approvals that are of 1930s Classics of Swing Tunes adapted by my father In law and approved by his wife. Most or all that I have the music scores in his hand revisions.
