About 72 clips a month average in 2010, though I almost passed 100 clips sold last month.

dnavarrojr - I can relate to your situation in this moment of economy crisis. In my case I am still in step one of the ladder learning about stock video. My target is to reach 1k clips this same year and move to the next target which is 5k but my eventual goal is 10k clips before i'm 62 (7 years from now). I hope to find the formula to reach a video clip to clip sold percentage between 10 to 20 % as other guys here in Pond5.

I am real curious as to who sells 10% to 20% of their portfolio... never heard of that before. The best I am aware of is 2% to 3%.

dnavarrojr - there is someone that has uploaded 1914 clips so far. People have downloaded at least once around 405 different clips. So (405/1914) x 100 = 21%. He's the best I have seen so far. And his name is JAKE - kk5hy. Its there a Pond5 Oscar award? For every 10 clips that he uploads he is selling 2 at least once! Its there a Pond5 Oscar award? We have a winner!
I'm still in less than 1% ;-\ . I better go out and film some more..

In that case, I've sold 272 out of 948, or 27.8% of my portfolio over its lifetime.
