Someone wanted to buy one of my newer clips for a project but I had to send them to SS for it since it's up there but trapped in the review queue here.
Review times are way too slow.

Hi guys,
Yes, our FTP has been experiencing some high-traffic lately. Please know that you do not need to re-upload your files, for it will only flood our servers even more. Our IT team is working on it now, so it may take up to 48 hours for your files to process. For issues such as these, please feel free to email us at support@pond5.com.
Thanks!
Belle

Doesn't refer to the review times, only the backlog of the FTP servers.

@ODesigns - When I contacted them, I did not inquire about review times, I just wanted all of us have a clear understanding of what was happening with the FTP servers.
kkhy reported that he had a bug where approved clips went back into pending.
ionescu reported that support sent him a message that indicated over 145 files were simply gone.
People were getting pissed, but it seemed like no one wanted to take action, beyond asking if the admins were watching (of course they do not monitor the forums on a regular basis) etc.
So I simply picked up the phone, called and asked if they were aware of the issues, and to please have someone come to the forums and make it clear to all of us that they are on the problem, and to please inform us if we need to re-upload given the issues noted above, or simply sit tight.
Files of mine that have been "stuck" are now populating - and the FTP queue has been dramatically reduced. Hope we all get reviewed soon.

ftp back up to 4411 on two ftps. I wonder if the site is being hacked?
oppps now 4,489 a minute later and growing. Do we all need to stop submitting? Maybe cut off new artists first like suggested by another artist above.
