Shot this last night during an oncoming and fast moving electrical storm in my front yard. This was shot using a Canon Rebel XTi and creating a somewhat real-time sequence. The whole storm lasted only about 30 minutes or so, but it was precarious to say the least as I was directly in its path (enjoy):

It was wild here last night! Will most likely do the same again tonight. The cool thing is I have seen some of this style clips of mine on the History Channel as well as the Weather Channel - very cool.
The evening sunset starts with this:
At about 9:00pm this:
At about 9:45pm still going and strong, but I was getting pooped and running out of battery power. Estimated about 250 or so great shots of bolts.
Will probably be doing the same again tonite - chasing storms - that's what I do.. :)

I like the way this one came out with lighting and composition....but if you look up "drawbridge", there are not very many, so I think it will be a hard sale.
