Don, I have a clip from that exact position in the Venetian! Too funny! I didn't upload because of copyright (since you aren't on public property). Can anyone elaborate on this?

were you on the sidewalk or on the hotel's property? sidewalk is considered public property

That is in the basement of the venetian shopping area. It is indoors (inside the casino). That was why I didn't upload it. Also Don, on the Bellagio water show you have, I'd make sure to put that as editorial. I am pretty sure the display is copyrighted. (not trying to nit pick at you :-), just want you to be safe baby)

We have been told by P5 that they will annotate clips as editorial if releases are not uploaded. The editorial check block is for news worthy editorial clips. In reality almost every video ever captured in Las Vegas is editorial due to property and people releases. Same goes for the real Eiffel tower, night photos and videos are copyrighted because of the lights. A guard came and talked to me and he said that the only restriction was not to use a tripod due to tripping hazard. P5 are ya'll labeling all Las Vegas footage as editorial?
