Portfolio views increased sales down to 0?

Pond 5 told me its to with change at google and their system is now counting the wrong hits. No real increase in views so sales will not increase as a result. They are working on a fix

I have the same problem. Only 1 sale in last 20 days. Usually I have every few days one or two sales. Does anyone knows when the situation should be back to normal?

Thanks to everyone that complained about huge views.
Now views are back to normal.
Personally I rather the huge views. It increased my self esteem.

But I'm OK without the huge views, thanks for asking.

I have the same problem. Earlier I had 100 views, and 3-5 sales a week. And in May the views increased greatly, but sales disappeared. Now I have 1000 views and 0 sales a week. I do not know what to do.

Until May, the ratio of views / sales was 27/1. In June for 10 days 1200/0. Very strange.

Hey galitp5,

Was the bug consistent enough that the fix could be applied to previous data? Or, failing that, could you provide an approximate multiplier so that we could estimate the actual views for ourselves?

Somebody was going to ask, might as well be me. 🤷‍♂️
