There has to be a technical solution this problem. We all know that there are tremendous amounts of video that is uploaded to YouTube everyday that must past muster on rights when it comes to audio. Not that they get it right all of the time, but it seems to work fairly well.
We also know that there are no people involved in the process. it's all driven by software algorithms. I wonder if SS has developed a similar process that allows them to quickly process video based upon an algorithm that would identify people and text in video that are potentially editorial, and automatically send those to humans for verification, but everything else just gets automatically approved and activated?
We know the technology is present for facial recognition etc., so maybe they have put it or something similar into practice in this arena.
Does that sound far-fetched? It's obvious that the "systems" in place are vastly different where efficiency is concerned - and I don't think it's a "people" thing.

This current situation of so long review times reminds me when they merge with the photo stock agency.

So Lux do you think they are finally ready to merge our footage with them? About time since it's been longer than a few week ;) or is Google ready to buy P5 ....

Finally all my clips approved. Eventually, Don, a big guy will make an offer for P5. Maybe DreamWorks Animation or Disney Productions.
