Income down 75% since going exclusive!

How? Why isnt that happening to me? Why do i always have cut? i am not in any "ipr jpr limited parntership programs etc" sth which they created... so it is not fair if i have it but you dont

Leo are you saying you do no get 60% or are you saying you are not getting sales? If you ARE getting sales but not getting 60% (of the actual price after discounts (or extended license)) then you need to contact Support, as that's not right. But ... if you are just not getting sales, well, that's the story of the year for most of us, apparently, and most of us have at least 6 times as many clips as you do.

Hi All, I can see this thread has been going for some time. I sold my first two clips last month, I've been with P5 for around three months now and I hoped to start seeing sales in this window. I'm a little concerned at the lack of views on my clips.
I assumed there would be much heavier traffic. Now to be clear I currently have just under 200 clips up, so a very small fish in a big Pond(5) (sorry to good to miss that pun!) Whats the general consensus on how to get our clips seen more?
I tag all of them and give clear titles, could it be that I just need more clips to get the algorithms working for me?
My work is of high quality so I know that is not an issue, thoughts and ideas are most welcome! Thank you.

What are some of the other platforms you guys use to sell your products, All I seem to be reading is how much pond5 is declining and income dropping significantly after becoming exclusive? Any direction or tips would be great.

What is really perplexing to me is the inverse relationship between my Item Page & Artist Page views and my dive bombing sales. As my sales have plummeted, my Item and Artist Page views have skyrocketed. Nobody's buying, but EVERYBODY is showing up to look at my sound files? Just say'n - seems odd.

Same for me.Views have increased dramatically but sales have dropped dramatically .

leox83: (OT) after Aleotorics comment about your footage, I took a peek . How do you get away with selling videos of other peoples artwork : Lincoln etc? - or did you actually draw and paint those images yourself? As for the rest of the comments saying "VIEWS" are up, Sales are down. You can fake the views, sites do it all the time. Seems to me if your traffic is high, your sales shouldn't be going down.
RekindlePhoto: you are correct, falling sales has nothing to do with a saturated market. It has to do with the changes P5 has made, unfortunately.
I wish I had more time to film stock footage, but I'm too busy shooting content I cannot sell.
Hopefully this downward trend, will turn around for all contributors!!

hello. Not exclusive but decreasing sales too. My views are not dramatically higher, in fact, the page seems dead for days. Selling at least 70% less than last quarter 2019.
