How do we get back to V1?????

So why was V1 needs edit page messed up if it wasn't going to be supported. Still when going to "needs edit" page for footage; at first it loads ok into normal web page view then snaps to the text view which nothing is selectable. I sure hope V1 isn't being messed with since it worked pretty good for last few years. FireFox browser and nothing different than what I've been doing for years.

So dang frustrating .... ok in V2 (since V1 isn't working the way it was) appears to not have ability to delete multiple clips that were corrupted for some reason. Since I re-uploaded good replacement I need to delete a large number of bad ones. I select the checkbox on all of them but no delete option so had to delete one at a time. Oh my ... sure was great when things worked the last several years.

Still need a way to attach releases when keywording (same page as file edit) please ;)

I want V1 back. This new one is horrible. I can't edit my uploads as easy and SFX gives you no categories anymore. Awful.

V1 is back, look under "preferences" top right. But it's buggy now for some reason on the untagged footage listing. If we could get the cut and paste back on V2 then it would be ok. P5 isn't using categories anymore.

The new version won't let you copy and paste keywords so you can "use a normal textarea instead". That facility is essential for me.

Marbury, If you go to upload page you can copy keywords from there, simply click on tags on a specified clip, a pop up keywords will appear. Let me know if it helped.

Yes the V2 does allow description and keywords cut and paste but when populating new clips I cut & paste camera, location, and all data not just description & keyword. Having the ability to copy & paste on edit page allows me to update and cleanup any other problems I might have on old clips (revise description and keywords if there are spelling errors or bad information, increase sales price etc.) V2 just does not decrease edit steps or speed of use.

I had to restore my iPhone and I lost my settings which means I no long default into version 1 on Pond5.com. So now I'm stuck in version 2 and I see no way to go back.

Under version 2, this forum is unusable on Safari on an iPhone. How do people here deal with that?

Just on a side note James, did you have to restore your phone after the new IOS upgrade?

I was experiencing worse battery life after 7.1, and was told that "resetting all the settings" would help. I tried it, but I lost my settings (like cookies, which is what I assume was letting me stay on V1 here on the phone).
