SS taking over P5 is a very depressing news.SS is literally exploiting the contributors and selling stuff for pennies.This consolidation is not a good news for contributors as they will have more control on what they pay us and also reducing the options for contributors to go elsewhere. Get ready for peanut payments in pennies and cents

Just look at the reviews of Shutterstock and P5 on Trustpilot. I think the picture is so clear that nothing can be added to that.

I left SS a long time ago to be as a Pond5 Exclusive Artist. Pond5 use to be a safe haven until now. Sad news.

Damn, was just about to start uploading most of my footage library shot over more than 10 years... Only put 5 clips so far. Feeling almost lucky with the timing!
Not so sure what to do now though, I had picked Adobe Stock as well, guess I'll focus on there for now and wait and see for Pond5.
Any other suggestions of decent platforms to try out? Mostly video.

i am dissapointed too.a reason i didnt wanna send videos to stock sites cause you are getting pennies specially if your video is 4 or 6k.imagine posting videos from a 5 thousand dollar camera .i went exclusive here cause of that and i had 2 gpod sales so far with under 100 videos.now i am really puzzled.should i continue with the whole hastle and post videos here ? i am exclusive so am i gonna least get 10 dollar for a video if it sells????

and another thing ss is very good on rejecting pics and vids for the dumb moronic idiotic technical reasons .thanks to their advanced AI lol so far no rejections only one for a wrong format .and now thats gonna change 2???
