I don't get scared since Brian Williams was with me LOL
RekindlePhoto 14 Feb 2015 21:53
Maybe he had his Seal Team 6 friends watching out for you. LOL. It is amazing how many people still support that guy. News should be factual, if it's made up then he can never be trusted because impossible to tell the truth from his imagination or illusion of grandeur. News is news, story time is story time. Our heroes are the Military Men and Women not story telling people.

Hey Don, why don't you go tell that to Congress. And then every other news network out there as well. Here are some stats:

http://thefederalist.com/2015/02/10/brian-williams-is-no-exception-media-lying-exaggeration-are-the-rule/

http://newsbusters.org/blogs/matthew-balan/2015/02/11/former-cnn-journalist-williamss-lie-not-bad-bush-telling-lies-about

http://www.politicususa.com/2014/07/24/fox-news-megyn-kelly-tells-massive-lie-assist-ted-cruzs-latest-attack-obama.html

and there is lots more... If commentary is made about such matters, perhaps one should not follow the lead of how the news works but show all the angles. Just a thought. ;)

There was biological and chemical weapons in Iraq and a lot of them. I personally had two good friends die very shortly after coming back from exposure. I know many that were involved in burning chemical weapons. I spent time over there working intelligence. The lies and coverups are massive on what happened there; stories and made up crap on every side. When we were kicked out of Iran we immediately make friends with Iraq and helped them develop weapons including chemical that were used against Iran.

You are right, politicians all tell tall tales and news agencies embellish to make the stories more intense. Was there ever a completely honest President ... nope. What happened to all the Tea Party people elected that were going to change the world ... well didn't accomplish what they said they would, some are still trying. Politics is politics and News is news and everyone should be careful to believe any of them.

Andy, Jake made a joke about Brian Williams protecting him and it was a jestful response. Maybe you should sternly correct Jake too LOL. I could care less about Brian one way or another. But to make himself look like a hero when reporting about real Hero American soldiers is just something I don't care for.

So Jake ... hope Brian stays on as your wingman ;) LOL.

I have found this ad:

...win a $2000 of credit to use on Pond5’s new public domain project.

I am not going to advertise the source but you can look it up...
RekindlePhoto 18 Feb 2015 16:14
I thought P5 said it was free because we already owned it? So based on free items how can there be a $2,000 credit?
JHDT_Productions 18 Feb 2015 16:17
Yeah, thought the same thing. The PD stuff is free. Why a $2k credit?
JHDT_Productions 18 Feb 2015 16:23
Oh this?
https://shootingpeople.org/blog/2015/02/a-contemporary-take-on-film-editing/

You should post the actual website so we know what you are talking about. You create a 2 minute video using the PD video and the winner gets $2000 and a gopro camera.
Why not advertise this?
wideweb 18 Feb 2015 21:38
No, no, no, this is the website: http://www.mandy.com/1/board2.cfm?v=62891147
It sounds like they are going to pay you to buy PD media.
