Texas can infringe upon copyright

Seems the Texas appeals court doesn't know how to interpret the Fifth Amendment regarding intellectual property rights.

people sell images and get 25 c from a micro stock agency, people sell images on here for $2, the race to the bottom is fast and large institutions that would pay $500 for an image now pay the cost of a coffee, it will be free for all one day when the global fat cat junta has its way
